Dr. Michael D. Dupre is an experienced family medicine physician based in Pell City, Alabama, with more than 20 years of experience in the medical field. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine and specializes in general family medicine, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. His areas of clinical expertise include hypertension and high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, and other common medical conditions.

Graduated from Sampson University in 2018 with her Masters in Nursing and her CRNP certification through the state of Alabama. She is from Springville has family there as well as married and two wonderful children of her own. She is very active in her local community.
She’s extremely accomplished family medicine provider for the St Clair County area. She’s personally worked with Dr Dupre for 10 years.
Baleigh Swaney, CRNP
Baleigh Swaney, CRNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine and family practice. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in 2017 and her master's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2021. Baleigh began her career as a nurse practitioner in the UAB Emergency Department before transitioning to primary care in 2024.
Baleigh chose a career in healthcare because of her passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and building meaningful relationships with her patients. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through every stage of life, with an emphasis on health promotion, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, understand their individual needs, and work together to support their long-term health and wellness.
Outside of the office, Baleigh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors. She loves staying active through mountain biking, running, and hiking. Baleigh looks forward to welcoming patients of all ages and providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals and families in her community.
